Structural steel Fabrication & Erection work in columns, beams, trusses, purlins, platforms, ladders, monorails, staircases, supports, strengthening of steel members, pipe clamp from strips etc. at site to line and level, including supply of bolts of Unbroken make and supply of shim plates & approved welding electrodes, including making templates, welding, bolting, erection bolting, splicing, etc. Setting of steel structure with dimensions and cross sections as shown in the Project drawings or from site and include supply of base plates, galvanized rod and anchor bolts. Intelligent specializes in the fabrication of steel structures. We fabricate all verities of steel structures ranging from Heavy steel structures, medium steel structures to Light steel structures. We utilize a range of fabrication machinery from very heavy-duty band saws to advanced CNC plate cutting stations to increase production speed and to deliver best quality products to our customers. Depending on the specific needs of our customers, we utilize a variety of international constructions codes such as AWS, JIS, DIN, BS standards etc. during the fabrication process.
